Our spin classes are suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. If you're taking your first class let our instructor know and they will guide you through it.

Learn to love yourself and show compassion to your own heart whilst moving in ways that your body craves. Through this beautiful practice you will build strength, all whilst working on your posture, alignment and balance. Emma’s classes always include simple breathwork and mindfulness to rejuvenate and relax, alongside a full body workout. Suitable for complete beginners and those who have practised yoga before.
Fab, Fit, Fun with Lisa - A high energy cardio focused workout set to a great soundtrack. It will get you burning calories and improving your cardiovascular health all while having fun! Suitable for all levels.
Strength and Tone with Lisa - A weights based class to build strength and muscle as well as burning calories and improving cardiovascular health. Lisa will help you build strong legs, glutes and upper body. This class is great if you are new to lifting weights as Lisa will be there to guide you whatever level you are at.
Core+ with Matt - A 45 minute class focusing on core strength and mobility.
Small Group Training with Ernie - Maximum of 4 people, these sessions take place on the gym floor using the resistance machines, cardio machines and free weights. Ernie will push you to get the best out of your workout.
Pilates with Debbie - An intermediate class with traditional and modern pilates exercises to tone, strengthen and improve balance and body control. Beginners are also welcome
Pump with Jude - A weights and cardio workout for a great pump. High energy with some great tunes.
Combat with Jude - A great cardio workout using moves inspired by boxing and martial arts.
Pilates with Jude - Improve posture, coordination, balance and flexibility, strengthen your whole body. Connects body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
HIIT 45 with Matt - A 45 minute high intensity interval training class with Matt. Expect to work hard, play games, get fit and all while having a great time.
